Siding installation and electrical service equipment

Not the fault of the electrician, just beware
and look real close at the installation.

I can't picture how that meter board was positioned before the siding slappers arrived. The position of the conduit above makes it appear that the board was fastened only at the corner of the house and was protruding well beyond the rear of the house, but the four SEC's don't appear long enough to have permitted that.

Do you suppose there is any flashing over that window?
