I thought it was dry here? Waiting for the client, I wonder if they saw this?

Looks like a flood zone to me. I wonder what the natural hazards disclosure reveals. . .

I believe there are lot water retention restrictions in this subdivision. That is runoff just from this house.

Fill, landscaping, and gutters may help.

It looks like those custom built channels will, in fact, carry water away from the foundation.

Brian, that slab looks like its all of 2" thick. Also, do I see debris from a previous slab that failed?
