Why are these vents in the siding? I have seen plugs that indicate insulation.
Every inspection there is always at least 1 item I have never seen. Keeps the job intesting & this is the value of this board. Thank you. It is kinda like ask the audience in millionare Thanks Dave |

They look like vents to vent the cold side of the wall.
Keeps paint from peeling, ect... I assume they are between every stud!? |

Are they venting floor joist bays for some reason?
