solar panels

I was recently asked if we inspected solar panels. I informed the customer that it was beyond the scope of a home inspection and he understood but he did ask if there are companies that do this. My question to all of you: Are there any companys in the northeast or NJ specifically that does this for a fee? Thanks.

It depends on what they want inspected. I doing thermal imaging and can do it on the panels and the system to determine if there are any problems. I can look at the roofing system to make sure there are no leaks from the array grid, look at the electrical connections, and the panels themselves to see if they are all working. Call me and I will be willing to discuss everything with you.
