How about noting the disadvantage of brick veneer. Water intrusions. The house wrap always leaks some water during a hard rain. Maybe because of the when ties and the wrap are fastened you are actually putting holes in the wrap.
After performing mold inspections, I would never own a house with any type of brick/stone veneer. Maybe there is a way of building a veeneer covered house that does not leak, but in my area they all leak at least some. Sad but true.
