Bill Taylor hasn't had much positive or negative feedback
Default Stucco E&O Protection
We've had some inspectors request information on carriers that offer E&O for EIFS/Stucco inspections. FREA does offer a policy but they are looking for a rider / supplemental add on to the policies which they already have.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I just renewed my E&O coverage with them, they offer many types of insurance from various underwriters.
