Default Stucco moisture content

What is the typical moisture content for stucco homes that are performing well. What moisture content do you call out. How about fiber cement board?

Thanks

What is the moisture content of the sheathing behind them is the real question.

Mark,

The actual Relative Humidity (RH) dew point may affect your tester readings on any surfaces as well as the metal lath in the stucco, metal conduits, metal flashings, you getting the picture?

Without knowing what's behind or on the surface(s) being metered you may find/report "wetness" where none is really a problem.

Advise caution in reporting moisture metering findings.

This may depend on the meter(s) you use but mine are affected by the above.
