Sun room addition

Looking for information. There is a sunroom added to a home. It is made of aluminum covered foam panels. Reference http://www.aleisurestore.com/screenr...nversion_kits/

I notice all the links on this material reference 10 to 20 year delamination guaranty. I am looking for reference material on delamination problems.

An installer told a client of mine the room was delaminating and he wants to replace it with insurance. I cannot see the problem. This is not a complaint; just searching to educate myself.

If you can't see any problems it may be an installer who's short of work and inventing problems, John.

John , maybe you could try consulting a supplier of this product . They should be able to describe what this delamination should look like .
