That's what my father used to tell me about women from a distance.
Son things are not always as they seem. What looks good to you from far, may be far from looking good. ha. ha. Dale what the hell kind of membrane is on the roof? Did you clean the pigeon sh8t while you were there. Marcel LEED Green Associates InachiAwardsPortal: Inachi US Member of the Year Award 2009 |

Must of ran out of flashing the day this shack was being flashed.
And of course, the non-english speaking stucco crew simply plasters what ever needs to be plastered--- Nothing but Styrofoam and Chicken Wire at the side of the eave--- Oops...and we forgot the Kick-Out Flashing also--- ![]()

Good thing it does not rain often down there Dale.
But when it does, it will leak like a seive. What kind of tile is on the roof? The joints don't appear to be much of a water tight lap. That would leak up here. Marcel LEED Green Associates InachiAwardsPortal: Inachi US Member of the Year Award 2009 |

The only way you can say they ran out of flashing is if they started at the top!!
If they started at the bottom they just do not give a crap. "I create controversy whether they like it or not" |
