They figure if they lower the scuppers a little the man might be able to move into his new disaster....

He told me this morning he hasn't drank in 20 years, or, up until the last few weeks anyway....

Hitting the bottle hard looking at his $1.5 million mess!......

It's not too bad yet...just starting to get a little hairy on the bottom of the ceiling trusses (one area I broke the sheetrock out of anyway).......

I am assuming you meant trades and I agree.
I would think that Ignorance might be more in order and that these Contractors might benefit more with the 30 hours of Continued Education that seems to be in the prevailing winds for us. ha. ha.

I hope you do re-inspections for your Clients if that's all you recommended. If the builder didn't do it right the first time, do you think he's going to do it right the second time? Ergo, Recommend further evaluation by licensed roofing contractor (preferably not one associated with the builder!).
