Terry gets $3000 a square for his work.
He's about to retire at 52 without ever having an apprentice last for more than 3 years. I asked him why, and his reply was that he loves working high in the air with heavy material when it's 95 degrees out and no one else seems to. He seemed very personable so I don't think it was his personality, although he's obviously a perfectionist. You 'll meet him in the Roof Defect Recognition course.
