Must be on the market and was covered for liability purposes.....the only problem I see is a drunk coming by and using ladder to access the roof in order to jump in the pool.........lol

Judging by the neighborhood Jeff, I thnk it was un unfinished, un permitted addition.

That looks like a typical REO preservation job and looks pretty good acording to the HUD standards as it pertains to property preservation.
