Hello everyone newbie here and wasn't quite sure if this warrents a look at by a SE. The seperation is up to 3/8" in spots. There is an old drainhole in the middle of the patio so water has been directed under the slab.

Not an issue for a Structural Engineer.

Where is this in relation to the finish floor? based on your pictures (1) it seems as though there is 4 to 6 inches. Is this a slab on grade? no crawl space or basement? Is the water pooling in this area? Normally with slab on grade a deco-drain is used.

The patio is 4-6" lower than the finish floor which is slab on grade water is directed away from the house so no evident water damage. There is a drain in the middle of the patio which just drains under the patio.
