That's what they look like here most of the time. haha Just get one of those balloons and secure it over the top and watch it float.

Better than what I usually see - a cheap low-volume fan completely covered over with blown insulation and doing absolutely nothing (except making noise!).

It's nice that they aren't "wasting" all that conditioned air and blowing it outside

Even has that nice duct work. Most of them around here simply vent to the attic with flexible dryer duct!
