Observe and report, I hear.

Hey Brian

I want to know did you write up that exposed "footer" in the second pic. It doesn't appear to be supporting much!

Back to slab on grade today and an air conditioned attic to boot, life is good.

Maybe not many of them in Milwaukee, but the rest of WI is "crawling" with them.

I'm thinking of wearing my CO2 inflatible vest in some, I had a crawl space try to "Eat Me" a few weeks ago. The area is almost solid clay, every house has a sump pump, some of them even work, the one I was in was hard enough to get into, but it was covered in black platic so I didn't think it would be too bad, the trouble was the clay underneath the plastic was very wet and very soft, I started sinking and the plastic started wrapping around me like a body bag, I couldn't back out because my head and shoulders kept sinking the fastest, I had to spread eagle to keep from sinking further and scoot my way around, at one point my legs, ***, and lower back were submerged and wrapped up tight, I had to pull myself out with my arms, I lost my favorite rotten wood poker, and scared the crap out of myself, no client, no realtor. I liked the Raccoons that chased me out of the attic much better.
