Default Door between garage and house

Am I correct that there is no 20 min. fire rating reqd for doors between house and attached garage in Florida? And no self closing device reqd? However, since it is between conditioned and unconditioned space it must be min 1 3/8 solid core, weatherstripped and threshold present? I'm a little confused from reviewing code check versus some info I saw on another message board. I haven't checked with AHJ, would appreciate clarification.

Thanks.

Default Re: Door between garage and house

A rated door (or solid wood 1-3/8") is required by most jurisdictions. Self-closing doors are required by jurisdictions regulated by the UBC.
