When I was inspecting an attic on a condo today I noticed that I could see next doors flue liner. Should there be a fire break between the 2 chimney flues.

Hi Carl,
I am guessing that as you can see both flues from that unit that you would also be able to see them from the other side of the party wall. That being the case I would have to report a lack of proper fire seperation.
