Default Floor Inspection
Just got a call to go do a "specific inspection. It is a new home and we know there is an issue, so we want just the floor inspected". The basement is unfinished.

Is there/can I do anything different than with in a normal inspection.
The guy wouldnt really say what the issue was or what he was after, just kept telling me to come check it out.

Anything particular I should be checking for here?

Wouldn't that be an "interior" motive?

Make sure you charge a premium fee, and have a very specific PIA, if you go with it.
