....when it comes to inspecting beneath sinks. This kitchen sink showed no signs of problems from above. Sometimes it helps to stoop real low. See the rusty crack in the 2 year old enamel sink?

Agreed... Nice catch. Pics from last weeks inspect. I couldn't quite get my head underneath with all the stuff in there, so I stuck my camera in, and lo and behold, looky what I found...
