I already did.

Other than what was already stated by others, my first thought was earthquake damage that wasn't repaired, or door framing/header wasn't built properly.

I lived in SoCal for about 10 years. If I remember correctly, it seems that whenever the earth moved, Arcadia always had issues, no matter where the epicenter was. JMHO.
