Default Proper vent attachment?

I do not have much experience with this type of duct work. Is this a proper way to attach the duct to the vent. This is coming from two bathroom exhaust fans. Thanks for the help.

That's kinda neat. You can blow it from one bathroom to the other bathroom.

It looks like a T-fitting at the bottom of the roof stack which would mean that when one fan is on it will discharge air to both the roof vent and possibly the other bathroom.

You could maybe do it with a Y-fitting but I would call the T-fitting out and explain why it may not work well.
