Default uneven slab kitchen floor
Hi
is there a concern when a slab kitchen floor slopes [uneven] just a
small bit or is this not a big deal?

That would depend on what your building code permits. If it is beyond those code allowances then it is either poorly installed or is indicative of another problem.
