Only thing I can tell from the picture is it appears to be installed upside down as the knob set looks a little high...it was probably designed to swing the other direction?

I'm kinda like the old doors...only made to swing one way I wouldn't write it up, but would mention to the clients that it appears that some handy homeowner work has been done around here.?
