My inspection yesterday. Home built in 1978. Main disconnect at pole below meter. Interior panel has main breaker, fed with 3 wire. Two other small panels fed with 3 wire. 2 panels in the home and 1 in attached garage. Should all 3 panels have separated neutrals and grounds? I know they would with more modern 4 wire systems, how about older 3 wire systems. Thanks, Stan

All interior panels are subpanels and should be wired as such.
