Jonathan Wilson (member from Camby, IN) found this at an inspection recently. What is it? We’re not sure.

An extremely old “Nurpolian”-brand black parallel and tandem duplex outlet rated at 250 V 10 A (although this type was normally supplied with 120 V).

The parallel and tandem outlet accepts normal parallel NEMA 1–15 plugs and also tandem NEMA 2–15 plugs. :)
