Default Aluminum Wiring?

Had this today. All branch wiring copper except for AC condenser and Oven. Both appeared to have AL strand (picture shows 40A breaker for oven). First time I've seen this. Any concerns? Thx.

Multi-strand AL wiring does not have the same problems associated with solid AL conductors. No issues to be concerned about. . .

The AL conductor appears to be 8 gauge protected by a 40 Amps breakers, shouldn't it be 6 gauge?

Condenser circuits are generally wired that way. . .
