Default Bad landlord Bad
Just had to share these pics. with you. This home owner (landlord) needs his rental property taken away.
This is a house that has two units in it, and they are adding a laundry room and a new bathroom, the home owner is doing the work.

Take a look at the pictures and tell what is wrong, Just to let you know this is in a damp location (ouside patio)
