Default Bonding

Bonding anyone? What about the rain gutter and the window frames?

You couldn't build that pool in Florida. We require 3' from the house. (minimum deck width) ... and the bonding.
Is the window tempered? (another equirement)
Pool alarm on the door?

That pool is almost 40 years old, of course you could build it in florida.
