Default Bootlegged Breaker? Pics

How would you write it. Not to mention the splices, burnt neutral etc.

Have licensed electrician evaluate and replace improper setup of disconnect.

I don't see any sense in using a 2- pole breaker. You have (1) 120 leg coming in and only (1) 120 leg coming out.

What you are looking at is a parallel overcurrent device which is non-code compliant
