Default Breakers in Challenger Service Panel

Can Square D breakers be used in a CHALLENGER service panel? The manufactures spec sheet was missing.

No, Square D breaker can only be used in Square D panels.

T&B may make a classified breaker for Challenger panels.

That is what I thought. The panel also had Cutler Hammer breakers installed but they are permitted in a Challenger panel.
