Default burn mark inside box

Do any of you consider this a problem. The seller also mentioned that there was a short in the box at one time.

Looks like someone got a little careless working inside a hot panel once upon a time. I'm not seeing anything to get too excited about.

Looking close it looks like a loose buss bar with burn coming from under bar and bonding bolt. Probably from a dead short. Hard to tell pic kinda blurry

Agreed.....someone got a bit WIGGLY with the screw driver....but i still see some 408.21 violations...

Paul look close around the the bolt head. But like I said the pic is blurry
