Sorry, it's late and I must be brain dead --
House was built in 1989, Pic 1 is SE panel w/ 200 Amp main disconnect. Never mind that it is double tapped ! Pic 2 is next panel in line - would this still be considered a SE panel, or a sub-distribution ?
