Default Continuous ground wire through meter base?

Brand new construction. 200 amp UG service. Does the ground wire typically have to pass through the 1/2" KO in conduit and/or be continuous and/or bonded to the meter base to the ground? This one came directly from the panel, underneath siding/sheathing to the ground.

Thanks in advance.

Default Re: Continuous ground wire through meter base?

Nevermind. I got my question answered.
I ended up calling electrical provider in this area and they do not require the above mentioned method. Varies with jurisdiction.
