I gotcha Paul. I was just responding to Mr. Hallers post where he implied that this should have been reported as a defect or as AL wiring.

ok.....I guess anytime a image is posted as an attachment...someone ( anyone ) could simply COPY and PASTE a link image as well.....that way you are not left out.....We cant let that happen....thehehehee....even if you WANT to be left out Mr. Pope......

Larry:

Copper clad was defined for members, and I added some additional references that were provided for information only.

The word "identified" is important too. In the past that word was used for the "identified conductor" meaning neutral or grounded conductor.

Jeff:

I was not disagreeing with any of your comments here.

I inspected some apartment houses in Glendale, CA and they used copper clad 12 AWG, and this must also be considered where box fill is inspected during new construction.
