20 amp breaker 12 gauge wire. It is a flexable multi strand wire not a single strand wire. Is this allowed?

I think it depends on the breaker listing. Looks like a few of those are not secured very well too.

Yes. It is very common.

There were 2 on the other side that had really bad connections and the breaker screws were hotter than the others.
