Angry Will County, Illinois

Need some inspectors from will county, Il. to help me out. I inspected a house that a lot of upgrading was done. The original wiring was in conduit but all the upgrades were done in romex. The romex connectors and everthing was in place correctly, so how would you write this up?

Were permits pulled for the upgrades and were they inspected by the county??? That's a start.

I am in Cook county, but do on rare occasions get out to Will. I know that Cook and most of the towns in the collar counties do require conduit, but not all. I always write that there were changes made to the electrical system and recommend finding out if permits were pulled. I also recommend have a licensed electrician evaluate the system.
