Default CPVC Water Filtration System

Does a CPVC water filter system need to be grounded? The system in question is a General Ionics product with a warning sticker in the main breaker panel of the home stating ( THIS HOME HAS A CPVC WATER SYSTEM WITH NO ELECTRICAL GROUNDS)

The term would actually be "bonded," or "bonded" to the grounding electrode. But you cannot electrically-bond plastic components.

That "warning" sticker is completely foolish and inaccurate!
I would recommend removing it.

I've seen all kinds Pete. . .

"No cold water bond" seems to be the most common in my area. . .
