Default Cutler Hammer panel with Square D breakers

Today, I inspecteda 200 AMP Cutler Hammer service panel, Cutler Hammer main, breakers are Square D, I could not find anywhere on cover that stated this is acceptable. Service panel was installed in new house three years ago. Any thoughts?

Thanks, for your help in advance

Violates NEC 2005 110.3B and should be called out.

It it is not listed and labeled for those breakers, then it voids the warranty on the box an possilbly the UL rating.
