I can't perceive a blessed thing wrong with this panel, other than the one white conductor on the breaker that's not re-identified. Furthermore, I see 19 branch breakers installed, and 20 grounds on the ground bar. That 6-3 NM that feeds the panel must be the 20th ground on the bar.

There's already a ground. It's with the cable that's feeding this panel.

Hey Folks, Our job is not to offer advice on how to repair a problem in the system but to report there is a problem in the system and recommend a sparky. What if you recommend a fix, Johnny home owner repairs it and the house burns down or someone gets fried! Does your insurance cover that?

Ralph,

I believe the advice given here is for Educational Purposes Only to aid in training the HI to be better awae of the many electrical issues found in electrical enclosures. As with Code and Advice from Electricians on this board.....it is meant to educate not procreate...

What about the "Over bundle" matter. Would you write that in the report?
Thanks, Robert
