Looks like something's sinking, too. The whole bottom of the can is caved in, and the one conduit is sheared off.

Yeah, this panel was in a small shed. One corner of the shed had shifted and dropped causing the openings in the conduit connections. The foundation was stacked stone piles at each corner. Mark, where are you from?
