I just received two red boxes. Wow. I feel so special.

Whomever sent them, thank you...

Both must be right angles....

I, personally, have never handed out a red box. I'd rather tell someone what I think on this message board, with my name below. I try not to hide in the shadows, behind anonymous red boxes and fake names.

I didn't understand that one. They all look way over 50. Are they trying to recruit someone young enough to push their Harley's? Sorry couldn't resist, Rice Burner Rider

Joe, I too just received another RED box from a loser who was afraid to leave his or her name, unlike Good Ole Boy Roy!

I give Greenies to everyone, and can see the frustration the sender's have because they are alone, and without any clue!

We need that distruct button for sure!

Roy,
Let me clear up a few things for you....
1st:
If you tell me that you are "giving" me a Green Square that has the same impact / importance as you telling me that you were born on a Tuesday.

2nd:
If you are telling me that you are "Giving" me a Red Square that has the same impact / importance as you telling me that you were born on a Wednesday!

Born on a Tuesday.... Born on a Wednesday....See the importance?

PS:
I know how sensitive you are and much you love your "Green Squares" so I gave you one last week.

Have a "Nice Day"--

I just woke up here on the west coast. Here are some answers for enquiring minds.

Frank; No, we accept over 45, but like many service organizations we are trying to infuse some new blood, so we will buy 36-45 breakfast for checking out our meeting.

Kenneth; Closer than you think, our group is getting older due to the apathy of a lot of the younger generation. By the way it takes at least 2 newbies to push my bike(1100 lbs.)which is a 2-wheeled winnabago. Luckily the new gen. HD don't break down as often.

Watch out Frank, this guy wears a ten gallon hat an looks like he is a motorcycle rider.

Joe t.; I would hate to carry a 5 gallon bucket for you if you think an Aussie outback hat is ten gallon.

I know I am not a "member" and Frank will probably tell me to shut up or go away or something, but I don't care.

The point is not that we get red or green squares. I personally do NOT care. It IS the fact however that any MEMBER can give a square completely anonymously. THIS is NOT cool. Especially with the rash of OBSCENE and downright abusive comments left for some of us. Like Marc said in an earlier post; it's like getting a rude comment left for you by an eight grader with a foul mouth.

Even Joe F (who I myself have made peace with), who is very pro nachi and is not rude like our friend Frank, gets two reds. For what? and by whom??

Seems like a pretty lame system to me.

I think a rating system of some sort is a fine idea. Just make ALL the comments public and not anonymous.

Just an FYI... on boards that run vBulletin that have the reputation system activated (like this one) the name of the user that left reputation for another user is available to moderators and administrators from the moderator and administrator control panels.
