Here is the rest of the panel, the only way I could see it was with my camera.

On top of this, the homeowner turned on the water supply to the dishwasher, flooded the kitchen, and shut off the well pump breaker. Then after all was cleaned up, I went to look at the breaker box and could hear the well pump breaker shorting internally and was hot. I haven'treceived any feedback yet from the buyer about requesting to have the panel relocated.
