Default This doesn't look right

I have never seen a ground attached to a neutral lug with the neutral or 3 attached to the same lug. It just doesn't look right to me. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Grounds and neutrals should not share a lug/terminal. Multiple grounds are okay in many cases. Multiple neutrals are not allowed to share a lug/termination point - NEC 408.21
