Default Double Tap Question

40 year old Square D 100 amp service equipment panel. Is the double tap on the left allowed? I don't have any records that indicate this panel allows for a double tap.

Thanks

Thanks Speedy. Are you referring to the gold clamp?

Which one do you figure is the aluminum. The 3d breaker down looks more like tinned copper to me. Aluminum will usually have TW insulation, not that pulp stuff.

You have improperly marked white wires on some of those breakers.

And this became code when? I suspect long after this panel was installed.
