Default Double tapped Square D piggyback breakers

Probably not enough room to do so, but I wanted to double check. Can you double tap these like the regular Square D's?

Thanks in advance.

Couldn't see due to the mass of wires. I'm assuming that piggybacked breakers wouldn't allow enough room for that type of connection, right?

Piggy Backs for what age of panelboard? Any idea on the age of the equipment. I am not aware of any tandems thay are rated for more than a single conductor at this time.....but don't quote me.

Are they pre- CTL days (1965)....chances is so....no they could never be rated for two conductors so if you know the date...there is your answer.
