Default Dryer Outlet

If the dryer is not present in a home. Do you test the receptacle for power? Thanks.

If its a standard 110 outlet why wouldn't you test it.

I test the 220 if the dryer is not hooked up, or if the dryer is gas and the 220 is accessable.

That was my thinking. It was a simple mistake not testing the outlet to begin with. Lesson learned.

You Hope.........More and More are going above the norm and testing ALL that are accessible.....murphys law is the one you DIDN'T test is the one that is faulty...
