A 70 amp fuse and a 100 amp fuse in the disconnect.
A time delay fuse and a Regular fuse in the pull out fuse holder over fuse in the panel . Burn marks on Panel cover says we have had a problem previously . Twin taps Last call is correct get it gone Immediately .... I think anyone could have said remove it and start over again. Thanks for the detail on this one. And with that you win again. LOL Just a side note!
