Default Electrical Fire

Hey guys

I was doing an inspection here in Ottawa today and decided to stick my head through a hole I found in the drywall of an old basement and looky what I found:

Live wires too! Good thing I'm tall. This was not disclosed on the SPIS.

Good find!

It's hard to photograph fire damage.
