Looks like an Explosion Proof Incandescent Light Fixture. For general purpose industrial, paint spray booth applications,
wet/damp locations, hazardous locations, marine locations.

Ben, is there a place to see the identification of these panels?

Looks like a 480/277 volt configuration to me with the relative transformers for 208V and single phase 120V power.

Hmmm... download works for me and others here testing it. Adobe Reader is a free download from Adobe. Give it another try.

I'd call it a fixture or luminaire.
I would not say "Explosion Proof" as nothing is, nor "Incandescent" as you can not see the buld (could be a CFL buld inside) imho

Peter, I do not have to see the bulb to know when a fixture is designed for explosion proof installation.
They do make fixtures for explosion proof environments, which an HI don't normally see.

I have built a few Car Dealerships with spray booths and pits.

Explosion Proof Incandescent Light Fixture
Explosion proof fixture for ceiling mounting. Set screw to stem prevents rotation.
Cast aluminum housing, heat and impact resistant globe.
Fits all incandescent lamps up to 300 Watt PS-25. (75 Watt max in paint booths)
Lamp not included.
