Default Electrical System Aging Research - Recommended reading

Gerry Beaumont recommended this document as required reading for home inspectors. He based one of his "Questions of the Day" on information found in this document. The link was lost and perhaps posted elsewhere on this forum, but I felt it needed posted again.

An excellent read and very educational regarding electrical history and the study of aged components:
